  • Genetically Engineered Food Labeling Act - It is the intention of this bill to regulate the labeling of food and food products that contain genetically engineered organisms that are regularly consumed by the general public.
  • Genetically Engineered Food Liability Act - It is the intention of this bill to ensure that the biotechnology companies responsible for the development and manufacture of genetically engineered organisms used for food and food products are liable for actions that endanger the health and safety of both the environment and the general public.
  • Genetically Engineered Organism Ban Act - It is the intention of this bill to ban the growing and planting of genetically engineered crops for a period of no longer than five years and to perform a study to ascertain the implications genetically engineered crops would have on the agricultural economy. Also, this text may be adapted to ban and/or study particular technologies or uses of GE crops; for example, technology that prevents farmers from saving seed or the use of crops to produce pharmaceuticals.
