Environmental Justice Task Force and Advisory Council - This act requires each state agency to develop an environmental justice strategy. This act also creates an Environmental Justice State Agency Task Force and State Advisory Council.

Environmental Justice Considerations for Permits and Public Participation - This act requires public participation and environmental justice considerations in all environmental permitting procedures.
